feat: 支持四级灵敏度 (MAX_LOOP_SENS_AMOUNT 3→4)

- SensTable:  新增第四档 14 (原 108/54/28)
- SensTable1: 新增第四档 12 (原 81/32/16)
- set_factory_param(): total 由 MAX_LOOP_SENS_AMOUNT 宏决定
