test(vd960DBN): SPI 分频 16→128 极慢版 — 验证频率无关性

降频4倍(9053831)后乱码字节不变+仍复位 → 非频率相关串扰
疑似 MOSI(PA7) 写数据与 NRST/调试线物理共线/短路 (乱码=写数据错位采样)
分频128(~0.5-1MHz): 若仍崩 → 100%物理层问题, 软件无解, 必须硬件修
硬件测量: 断电测 PA5/PA7 与 NRST 导通电阻(应无穷大); 查原理图 SPI 走线
